Rick Pickren's program of traditional American songs is an ideal compliment for organizations and schools studying history and American culture.
Accompanying himself on banjo, guitar, harmonica, mandolin and bouzouki, Rick sings music of the American experience from the seventeenth century to the present, and explains the background and origin of each song.One of the high points of the concert is Rick's final number with a group of students participating on various instruments. |
