    It's the day after Thanksgiving in Glen Ellyn, Illinois, and umbrellas and raincoats are the dress code for the evening as moms, dads and kids listen to carolers, talk with Santa, witness the lighting of the Village Christmas Tree... and began their holiday shopping.
